
Why should the fast food be banned for young people under the age of 18?
The food is very important for the health of the people because it gives energy, force, and support for the body. There are a lot of different types of food, the health food and the fast food. The people like more the fast food than the health food. Why do the people like more the fast food? It is simply because the flavor of this food is delicious and probably this is for the amount of oil that this food has. The group of people that more likes this type of food is the young people under the age of 18. There are two important reasons why this type of food should be forbidden for those guys; to protect their health and to prevent an addiction.
For the people under the age of 18, it is very important to have a good alimentation and if they don’t care, they could have diseases, gain weight, and develop a bad physical condition. The diseases that you could get are associated with the heart and probably the most common disease is the heart attack. When you eat too much fast food, the most common problem is that you get fat and you will not make so many things because you are fat. And if you want to make sports, your physical condition won’t be the most appropriate. You will feel bad and frustrated that you can´t compete with the other people because of your overweight.
The fast food causes addiction and it creates dependence, promotes economic problems, and forces you to create excuses to eat all time. The dependence of the fast food is the same than that of the alcohol, cigarettes and drugs so you will want to eat all time. You know that fast food is not cheap so you must spend a lot of money buying fast food and you will have economic problems in the long run. And obviously the people who eat fast food all the time say a lot of excuses to keep eating; for example some people say that they have stress, nerves or depression and those are the reasons that they give as an excuse to continue eating all the time.
My friends, you have in your hands the feature of your life. Please don´t get an addiction and most importantly don’t get put your health in danger. The people under the age of 18 are in development and obviously your body is still growing. You can try to eat traditional food and make sports; and have a wonderful healthy life. The food is not everything in life. You can find some ways to get your mind away from the necessity of eating fast food. For example: you could make sports, talk with your friends, or study. You can make the difference in the feature if you don’t eat fast food. That’s the most important reason why it should be banned for those who are under the age of 18.
